HYSAWA, supported by the Embassy of Denmark, is working to prevent coronavirus infections through sustainable WASH infrastructures to ensure access of safe water and improved sanitation for communities in Cox’s Bazar, Noakhali and Laksmipur.Around 100,000 people were reached through awareness campaigns and nearly 50,000 out of 100,000 targeted have already benefitted through the projects. Institutions such as Zila, Upazila and Union Parishads, Community Clinics, Schools and Religious places have also been equipped with PPE, Gloves, Infrared Thermometer, and Spray tools etc. through the project.
